In late 2007 Goldmann completed the horror film Trailer Park Of Terror for Summit Entertainment (Twilight), which made its World Premiere at Slamdance 08. Prior to Trailer Park Of Terror, Goldmann brought his style and story telling ability to his debut feature film Broken Bridges for Paramount/CMT Films, starring Toby Keith, Kelly Preston, Tess Harper, and Burt Reynolds.

2004 found Goldmann directing episodes of Missing starring Vivica Fox for Lifetime and Lions Gate Entertainment. However, it was in 1998-1999 that Goldmann won the triple crown of the Country music video industry. His innovative direction of Faith Hills This Kiss took top prize with the Country Music Association, Academy of Country Music, and TNN Music City News Best Video of the Year. In 1998 Goldmann worked with Bruce Springsteen directing the BBC produced documentary.

In 2003 Goldmann wrote and directed the fantasy musical Our Country an IMAX film for Gaylord Entertainment. This featured musical icons such as Lyle Lovett, The Dixie Chicks, Dwight Yoakam, Alan Jackson, Martina McBride, Dolly Parton, and well over thirty other stars. Goldmann also directed, 50 Odd Dollars, the first narrative film to be broadcast on CMT Canada.

Throughout Steven's career he has been nominated for and won many awards highlighting his impressive work.
